Here we have a very exciting opportunity to join the Commercial Insurance specialist team of a fast growing top 50 UK Broker In Southampton as an office administrator.

This role would suit someone with Administration experience, ideally in an insurance brokerage background but not essential as full training will be provided.

Hours

Mon - Fri - 08:30am - 17:00pm (NO WEEKENDS)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • This role is primarily about managing client/insurer communication once the customer has purchased/renewed a policy. Typically this involves policy validation, dealing with customer and insurer queries and any payment issues. They use the Acturis system for all Fleet Policies. SME policies are on both the Acturis and Open GI systems.

Daily tasks include:

1. Monitor and respond to customer and insurer emails received in personal and shared team inboxes

2. Manage personal and shared diaries on Acturis

3. Handle all types of non-sales calls received by the fleet team

4. Daily check of Fleet and SME Premium Finance cases in arrears and instigating cancellation process in line with company procedure.

5. Produce daily management reports as and when needed

6. Monthly call monitoring and completion of feedback form for Fleet Team sales, renewals and MTA cases

7. Handle inbound complaint correspondence/calls in line with company procedure.

8. Awareness of monthly reconciliation of insurer statements

9. Awareness of allocation of card/BACS payments as received into bank account

10. Support the team with any other duties as and when needed
