Employed Mortgage and Protection Broker - Southampton, UK
 
This is an employed, office-based role offering a basic salary of £30,000 + 20% commission.

We are seeking an experienced mortgage and protection broker to join our growing team based in our busy Southampton office. 
 
Whats on offer:
In addition to the basic salary, you will receive:

• 20% commission on all mortgage and protection sales
• £1,500 quarterly bonus once sales exceed £37,500
• Opportunity to progress within our regional group

 
 
Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience working within an estate agent.  
• Strong knowledge of UK mortgage and protection products
• CeMap or equivalent 
• Ability to provide expert advice and identify suitable solutions for clients
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Target driven with motivation to progress within a fast-paced environment
