Established over 30 years, this M&E Building Services are looking to recruit an ambitious and proactive Mechanical Estiamtor to join a busy team based from their offices in southern Hampshire.

They operate within numerous sectors including commercial, health, public services, education and industrial.

Reporting into and working closely with the Director, you will be responsible for:

• Working within an established M&E Estimating and Design Team
• Involved in the creation of tenders, estimations and tenders
• Be involved in speaking to clients and presenting for tender
• Negotiation with merchants and suppliers
• Working closely with the projects team, ensuring that the projects are within budget and delivered on time.
• Attending client and site meetings
• Tendering and bidding on projects

• As the Mechanical Estimator, you will have:

• Previous experience within a Mechanical Estimator role, on M&E projects worth up to £2M
• HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experienced in using estimating software
