The position entails a diverse range of administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Handling incoming phone calls
  • Managing appointment schedules
  • Drafting and dispatching correspondence
  • Addressing email inquiries
  • Assisting the team with administrative queries
  • Managing confidential documents
  • Recording meeting minutes

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional IT proficiency, strong organisational skills, demonstrated time management abilities, and a polished telephone demeanour.
