Vision for Education are seeking an experienced and driven Teacher of Science for a vibrant mainstream secondary school based in Central Southampton.

The successful teacher will be responsible for delivering general science lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, planning and marking will be expected as part of the commitment to this role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience or qualifications required for this position is recent teaching experience in a science related role delivering the Key Stage 3 and 4 curriculum.

• Have the ability to deliver and plan inspiring lessons
• Have excellent behaviour management skills
• Have knowledge, understanding and commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion informed by practical experience and application 
• Be an excellent classroom practitioner with strong subject knowledge and a high level of emotional intelligence

You must hold Qualified Teacher Status to be considered for this role.
