Brook Street are recruiting for 2x Paraplanners for a client of ours in Fareham! We're seeking two skilled Paraplanners to contribute to our mission of enhancing our clients' relationship with their wealth. If you're a problem-solving wizard with top-notch communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Paraplanner you'll play a key role in providing high-level technical support, including the production of cash flow models and suitability reports. Reporting to a Paraplanning Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing client information and existing investments/policies
  • Conducting tax calculations and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Writing suitability reports for clients of varying complexity
  • Running cash flow models
  • Serving as a point of contact for technical queries
  • Communicating with clients on research and report time lines
  • Attending client meetings when required
  • Assisting in training other team members
  • Participating in project work to enhance systems and processes
  • Leading Pod meetings and conducting peer reviews

Essential Attributes:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong technical knowledge of financial products
  • Level 4 diploma qualification as a minimum, ideally working towards Chartered status
  • Minimum of 3 year's experience in a Paraplanning role
  • Strong IT skills, experience with Curo, FE Analytics, and Voyant advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
