Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the water utilities sector, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels to identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
• Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organisations.
• Placement and Follow-Up: Successfully match candidates with suitable roles and ensure a smooth transition into their new positions, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
• Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regulatory changes to provide clients and candidates with informed advice and guidance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, insights, and best practices, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, within the water utilities sector.
• Strong understanding of the water utilities sector, including its challenges, opportunities, and key players.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach, with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing and management.
