An award-winning practice in Hampshire seek a talented Architectural Technician to join their expanding Design and Build team based out of their modern studio in Hampshire

If you are an Architectural Technician/Designer with around 5 years UK experience working within the residential sector that would love to work on significant mixed use and residential for highly reputable housing developers, this could be the opportunity for you.

The successful Architectural Technician candidate will have a good rounded knowledge of all RIBA stages with a strong ability to produce technical drawings and have a keen interest in the Earlier architectural design stages to work on a range of bespoke projects

Basic Requirements for Architectural Technicians are:

  • Minimum of 5 years' UK based project experience
  • Sound technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations.
  • High Proficiency in REVIT software
  • Working knowledge of other industry software is desirable.
  • Proven front end experience in RIBA stages (0-3)
  • Technical ability working with stages (4-7)
  • Proven ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team

The successful Architectural Technician will receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience as well as incredible company benefits and a clear progressive career path.
