Hard & Soft landscaping,
Power hub installations
RoadWorks / Driveways
Fencing / Gateways Whilst Reporting to the onsite Project Director, you'll manage a team of site managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the project in accordance with the JCT contract and specifications.
Lead and support site managers and workers to ensure project objectives are met.
Coordinate earthworks, utilities, landscaping, and power hub deployments efficiently.
Collaborate with the Project Director and stakeholders to align objectives and integrate project elements seamlessly.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
Maintain transparent communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Not essential
Proven experience managing civil engineering project from £7 Million to £20 Million
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
