Blueprint Recruitment is looking for new graduates to join us as Graduate Trainee Recruiters to work on placing professional candidates in roles across the UK. If you are finishing your degree in may, june or july this year and would like to start an exciting career in business, this position could be a great opportunity for you.

As a graduate trainee, you will be working at our offices on the waterside Cams Hall Estate business park on the edge of Fareham, close to Southampton anfd the M27 motorway. This position will suit ambitious and enthusiastic graduates who have an excellent telephone manner and a desire to progress in an office based business career. You will have an enthusiastic and determined personality and will be keen to to work in a friendly modern office with other graduates.

Blueprint has a supportive and collaborative working environment of 45 staff which allows our new graduates to learn and to accelerate their knowledge of recruitment. Our employees are paid an excellent basic salary and are able to earn target-related commission and bonuses as well.
