Graduate Trainee

Based in Fareham, near Portsmouth

We are looking for recent or new graduates to join us as Trainee Recruiters at our offices in Fareham near to Portsmouth and Southampton. If you are a recent graduate or will be graduating this year and you are looking for an exciting position in a fast-paced business, a trainee role with us could be a great way to start your career.

Blueprint Recruitment is based on the picturesque Cams Hall Estate business park on the edge of Fareham, with good access to the M27 motorway. This position will suit motivated and ambitious graduates who have an excellent telephone manner and an enthusiastic personality.

Our office has a collaborative working structure which helps our new staff to quickly learn best practice and to accelerate their careers in a professional business environment. You will be paid an excellent basic salary and will be able to earn target-related commission and bonuses as well.
