In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs to various building services, including minor plumbing works, fault detection, leak repairs, and installation of bathroom sanitary ware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs to building services, focusing on minor plumbing works and fault detection.
• Conduct leak detection and carry out necessary repairs.
• Install new bathroom sanitary ware with precision and attention to detail.
• Receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device, following instructions efficiently and safely.
• Work in line with best practices to ensure excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

• Hold a relevant trade City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 qualification, or equivalent.
• Possess excellent working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Have previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in working with small hand tools.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and follow both written and verbal instructions effectively.
