Architectural Technician Job in Worthing, West Sussex

We are currently working with an architectural practice located in Worthing, who due to major new projects currently have multiple Architectural Technician jobs available to join their growing team. The role would offer long-term development and a salary of between £30,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.

The firm, boasting a team of 16 members with exceptional staff retention, is actively recruiting for multiple new roles due to a significant residential development project based in London. The successful Architectural Technician will have ample opportunities for long-term career development within the organisation, with multiple roles available for candidates with varying levels of experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working on the production of technical drawing packages
• Producing detailed and accurate information
• Speaking directly with clients
• Liaising with other team members, contractors, and third parties regularly
• Please note this role would be office-based.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
• UK residential project experience would be essential
• Skilled in the use of AutoCAD / Revit would be highly advantageous
• MCIAT accreditation would be hight desirable
• Enthusiasm for the role.
