With a strong focus on quality and innovation, they are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team. As Assistant Site Manager you will play a vital role in overseeing internal packages on a prestigious project valued over £60 million.

Job Overview:
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the site management team to ensure the successful delivery of internal packages on our high-value project. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and advance your career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate the timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support the Site Manager in resolving any site issues or conflicts that may arise.
  • Assist in the preparation of progress reports and documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a construction-related role, preferably as an Assistant Site Manager or similar.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
