Aftercare Administrator

Fareham/Whiteley

Permanent position

We are working with a Fareham based Construction & Engineering company who are looking for an Aftercare Administrator to join their team. The role is suited to someone with experience of working in an aftercare/service division for a construction or facilities company.

Role, duties and responsibilities

-Dealing with client queries and issues
-Coordinating work with the trades teams and sub contractors
-Reporting to Aftercare Manager
-Ensuring defective work is logged and reported in accordance with SLAs
-Attend client meetings
-Along with Manager sign off completed defects ready for invoicing
-Working with sub contractors to coordinate site attendance
-Experience of working with residents
-Construction experience
-Ability to work to deadlines
-Driving Licence
-Excellent organisational skills
-Computer literate
-Efficient with excel
-Logging reports
