Proactive Personnel has an exciting long-term contract opportunity for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join a well-established company based near Southampton
What's on Offer:
- Day Shifts, Trunking/General Haulage/Shunting
- Great Rates of Pay (from £18 PAYE and up to £20 per hour UMBRELLA)
- Minimum 40 Hours a week
- guarentee minimum 8 hour per shift
- Further development in your driving career
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Carry out pre and after-use of vehicle checks in line with the company policy
- Ensure that all customer deliveries are made on time and in line with company procedure
- Monitor and report any vehicle defects and wear and tear
- Complete all paperwork accurately and on time
Requirements / Highly Desirable
- Must have full CPC
- Digi-tacho
- HGV class 1– category C+E on the back of your license
- Willingness to help
- Handballing involved
- Less than 6 points on your license (No IN, DR, or DD endorsements)
- 1 years Class 1 Driving experience
