Business Development Manager – £30,000 - £35,000 – OTE £65k+ with uncapped commission, salary depending on experience. – Wimborne, Dorset (Hybrid)

The Role

Are you an ambitious business development manager looking for a new challenge? If so, we want to hear from you.

Consumables Unlimited are an international hygiene and cleaning supplies business, looking to appoint a business development manager to our team.

You'll play a key role in expanding our customer base and increasing sales, while providing exceptional customer service.

Please note, although this is a hybrid position, candidates must live in the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage existing client relationships to ensure their continued satisfaction.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, creating sales plans and strategies.
  • Maintain and update your designated CRM accounts.
  • Regularly review your sales performance, aiming to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Respond promptly to tenders, quotations and enquiries, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.

We’re based in Wimborne, Dorset at our new larger premises required due to our continued growth, we are part of the largest network of independent janitorial distributors in the UK and Ireland. we ship our products worldwide and have an ever-expanding client base, serving a multitude of industries. These industries include Retail, Hospitality, Education, Health Care and more.

The Person

  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within our industry, although this is not essential.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to also work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
