Job Opportunity: Quality Technician (PAYE Contract)
Location: Bedhampton, near Havant
Industry: Aerospace Manufacturing
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 0715 - 1545
Friday: 0715 - 1215
Pay Rates:
£16.25 per hour PAYE
£18.61 per hour including Holiday Pay
Company Overview:
Our client is a leader in aerospace hydraulic systems, producing high-performance products such as hydraulic pumps, motors, electric motor pumps, power transfer units, and AC/DC generators. These are used in flight control systems for civil and military aircraft.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe working environment and high housekeeping standards.
Inspect and measure materials to ensure conformance to drawings and requirements.
Provide inspection cover as needed across the site.
Support quality-related investigations.
Conduct First Article reports and monitor statistical process control data.
Operate specialised inspection equipment.
Qualifications:
Apprenticeship or 3 years' experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
Good English and Math skills.
Aerospace technical knowledge is a plus.
Eligibility:
Must be eligible to live and work in the UK and comply with ITAR restrictions.
