We are working alongside a leading Highways Term Maintenance Industry to recruit an Agent on the Isle of Wight 

Key Responsibilities; 

• Delivery of carriageway resurfacing schemes and LTP schemes post CIP.
• Experience of project management and ability to manage schemes to budget and programme.
• Liaison with Authority and client.
• Ability to develop reports and presentations.
• Recognises Health and Safety is an essential element of the role and promotes this through safety audits and TBT.
• Have a big involvement in the Rectification Project, which will consist of a reconstruction of the highways network
• Able to identify areas of business improvement and implement new strategies.
• Understanding and implementing different types of surfacing/surface dressing schemes.

 Ideal Candidate;

• Driving license 
• Knowledge of highways/civils works
• Able to proficiently use IT 
• Good understanding of engineering principles
• Good knowledge of surfacing/surface dressing
