Description
As a Client Services Administrator your responsibilities will include:

- Handling client inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Managing administrative tasks related to client accounts
- Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth business operations
- Upholding the company's quality standards in all client interactions
- Documenting client interactions and feedback for future reference
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to team goals

Profile
A successful Client Services Administrator should have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong administrative abilities
- An interest in the Science and Research field
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly in data management - preferably has experience in SAP
