Description

As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Working closely with the team to meet and exceed customer service targets.
  • Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Resolving complaints and issues in a satisfactory and timely manner.
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:

  • Strong Customer Service skillset
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM systems, with SAP experience preferable
  • Ideally an interest in the Science and Research field
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving.

Job Offer
