We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor in Basingstoke. The contractor works exclusively in the super prime residential sector with projects ranging in value up to £15mil. Projects are typically within an hours' radius of Basingstoke and administered via JCT forms of contract.

Due to a couple of key project wins, they're now looking to bring an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor into the team to work on an upcoming project in the area. As Quantity Surveyor, you will be required to manage the project from its the pre-construction phase, building a relationship with the client and managing the project through to completion.

In return, they're offering a salary of up to £65k + package and the opportunity to join a business with ample progression opportunity.
