Hunts Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced and professional Senior Team Lead for a residential service near Central Southampton.

• Hours: Across Monday to Sunday 5 days per week, 8 hour shifts - these will be a mix of early shifts, mid shifts and late shifts.
• Salary: £27,500 per annum plus additional sleep in payments of £68.15 (as required for emergency cover).
• Drivers: Drivers are highly preferred for this role due to the potential of needing to support in other services from time to time.
• Experience Required: Must be an established Senior / Team Leader with a minimum of one year experience at this level.

Primary Responsibilities /Activities

• To Deputise in the absence of the Deputy and/or Registered Manager during their absence, following agreed policies, procedures, and management techniques at all times, to ensure the safety and well-being of clients with additional learning needs within a residential home.

Experience required for this role:

• Challenging behaviour & Learning disability experience
• Experience in similar role or looking to step up from a Team Leader Role in a similar setting, with a minimum of 1yr experience at this level
• NVQ level 3 Adult H&SC
