Are you a Design Manager from a Construction / Architecture background looking for a fully autonomous leadership role where you will be responsible for bespoke leisure projects and have a direct impact on the success of a well-established yet tight-knit company who offer an progression to Design Director?

This business are a industry leader in bespoke leisure projects. Offering services from Private residential, Commercial, Hotel, Spa and Wellness. With a multi-million pound turnover they now require a new Design Manager to assist the highly skilled team.

This varied role will see you being the go-to person for design as you oversee a tight-knit team and are the main point of contact for the Construction team on bespoke and dynamic projects. You will have the autonomy to oversee all projects and work closely with Directors and Senior leadership team.

This role would suit a Designer from a Construction / Architecture background looking for an autonomous leadership role within a tight-knit yet well respected specialist design company who offer opportunities for hybrid working and progression to Design Director.

THE ROLE:
* Design on specialist software for Construction projects
* Liaising with sales, construction teams and senior leadership
* Involved in project from tender through to completion
* Monday-Friday days-based role

THE PERSON:
* Design Manager or Senior CAD Designer
* Construction / Architecture background
* Commutable to Fareham
