We are currently recruiting for a permanent Receptionist to join our client in Leeds, this a newly created position due to an increase in business and workload.
Previous experience in a Receptionist role is preferred however if you’re willing to learn and have strong communication skills then get in touch!
What you’ll be doing -
- Meeting and greeting new and existing clients
- Responding to client queries over the phone, via email and face to face
- Overseeing the day to day office traffic
- Supporting the team during busy periods
- Ordering office supplies
What we’re looking for -
- Previous reception experience is desirable but not essential
- Hardworking individual
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Computer literate
Hours of work -
- Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm
- Full time hours
Salary -
- Up to £13 per hour depending on experience
