We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned main contractor based in Southampton. The business has a national presence and operates out of regional offices across the UK. They undertake notable projects across the defence, commercial, education and healthcare sectors with projects valuing up to £80mil. Projects are administered via a mix of JCT and NEC forms of contract and are predominantly 2-stage tenders.

Due to a recent project win, they're now looking to bring an additional Senior Quantity Surveyor into the commercial team. The experienced SQS will take the project from pre-construction through to final account and will be responsible for a more junior Surveyor, reporting into the Commercial Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the busiest main contractors on the South Coast, with ample progression opportunity within the business and a secure project pipeline. They're looking to pay a salary of up to £80k + package (dependent on experience).
