This is an initial 6 month contract with a view to a permanent position.
As a Chef de Partie, you will specialize in the baking operations in a bakery establishment. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality bakes and pastries. You will play a key role in production planning, cleanliness, and quality control to ensure that all baked goods meet the brand standards, your duties may also include training junior staff. This position requires a strong command of culinary techniques, effective communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, contributing to the overall success and smooth operation of the bakery.

- Create a collaborative kitchen environment focused on teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards while optimizing kitchen operations for efficiency.
- Drive profitability through effective cost control measures and efficiency strategies.
- Collaborate with development head chef to execute bakery menu.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation across all products produced in the bakery.
- Lead by example, demonstrating passion, dedication, and a commitment to delivering memorable food experiences.
