Summary:

One of my key clients in the Leeds area are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to join our dynamic team for an exciting high-rise residential scheme in Leeds.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations on site, focussing on the finishing aspects of the project to get it across the line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout the construction process.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and building regulations.

Remuneration Package:

• Upto £50,000
