Marketing Communications Manager Responsibilities:
  • Leading on daily marketing/communications activities within a number of key sales funnels
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns to promote the brand and build on reputation
  • Creating weekly content for a variety of channels including Facebook, YouTube, Google Analytics, Pinterest etc
  • Creating effective marketing plans and co-ordinating the wider team to ensure tasks are completed
  • Working with the wider team to co-ordinate and produce printed and electronic marketing materials such as brochures and newsletter
  • Overseeing amendments and developments for the business website
  • Monitoring and maintaining the marketing CRM, ensuring all data held is GDPR compliant
  • Utilising Google Analytics to report on statistics, supporting the development of content, improving sales performance and SEO
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Educated to degree level with a strong background in similar marketing roles
  • Commercial understanding with experience in B2B and/or B2C
  • Strong customer communication and engagement skills through google and social media
  • High level of IT capability, able to use back-end systems, CRM, Google Analytics etc
  • Experience with the following software: Adobe, Photoshop and Mailchimp (or similar)
  • Dynamic, professional and creative with a desire to work within a collaborative team
