We're looking for a dynamic, detailādriven PreāConstruction Manager to lead all preāconstruction activity within our growing passive fire protection division. If you thrive on shaping projects from the ground up, building strong client relationships, and ensuring every detail is watertight before work begins, this is your stage.
ā What You'll Own
You'll be the driving force behind everything that happens before boots hit the ground:
Preāconstruction leadership - Oversee all passive fire preāconstruction processes, ensuring projects are scoped, priced, and prepared to the highest standard.
Estimating support - Work closely with our estimating team to develop accurate, competitive, and compliant cost proposals.
Client documentation - Produce, review, and manage all preāconstruction paperwork, including technical submissions, RAMS, schedules, and tender packs.
Client engagement - Attend meetings, present solutions, and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the preāconstruction phase.
Coordination & planning - Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project handover into delivery.
Compliance & standards - Ensure all proposals meet the latest fire safety regulations, certification requirements, and industry best practice.

Strong experience in passive fire protection or a related construction discipline
Proven ability to manage preāconstruction workflows from enquiry to handover
Excellent communication and clientāfacing skills
A sharp eye for detail and a proactive, solutionsāfocused mindset
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and fire strategy documents
