Location: Office-based, Barwell
Job Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm Temp - Perm
Salary: £12.71

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our busy office team. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident dealing with customers by phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Answering calls and responding to customer emails
  • Supporting invoicing and order administration
  • Handling customer enquiries and account queries
  • Monitoring orders and stock availability
  • General office administration and ad-hoc duties
  • Supporting the team during holidays and absences

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Experience with Outlook, Excel or Sage
  • Previous office or customer service experience

Full training will be provided.
