We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join Beckfoot Thornton. Beckfoot Thornton is part of the Beckfoot Trust, a family of schools committed to creating remarkable learning environments where every child thrives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to make a real difference in the lives of students by supporting their learning and development in a vibrant and caring school community. We’re currently looking for full-time and part-time Teaching Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to teachers and students across a range of subjects
• Support students with additional needs to access the curriculum
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• A commitment to helping every student achieve their potential
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to complete one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience working with young people in an educational setting
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
