We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Business Analyst to join a luxury travel company. As an Agile Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business by leveraging your expertise in agile methodologies to drive efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and propel the organisation to new heights of success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and features.
  2. Agile Facilitation: Serve as a champion for agile principles and practices, guiding cross-functional teams through agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  3. User Story Development: Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimisation, efficiency gains, and enhanced collaboration within the agile framework, driving continuous improvement across the organization.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a bridge between business users, development teams, and other relevant parties to ensure successful project delivery.
  6. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and usability, conducting thorough testing and validation as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
