Are you an experienced Civil Project Manager looking for a new challenge, Look no further! Our client is gearing up to deliver a prestigious project in Hampshire, valued over £100 million.

This client is looking to interview in February with a estimated start date of March onwards

Role Overview:

As the Civil Project Manager, you will lead the project's development, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution. Your responsibilities include coordinating…..

  • Earthworks ( Heavy )
  • Hard & Soft landscaping,
  • Power hub installations
  • RoadWorks / Driveways
  • Fencing / Gateways

Whilst Reporting to the onsite Project Director, you'll manage a team of site managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project in accordance with the JCT contract and specifications.
  • Lead and support site managers and workers to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Coordinate earthworks, utilities, landscaping, and power hub deployments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Project Director and stakeholders to align objectives and integrate project elements seamlessly.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
  • Maintain transparent communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Not essential
  • Proven experience managing civil engineering project from £7 Million to £20 Million
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
